Range Rover in Australian mud

This Rangie from 1984 belongs to Ian Matthews in Victoria, Australia. He often takes his car on trips arranged by the Land Rover Owners Club of Victoria. The photos here were shot at some of those trips.

This is what driver and car looks like after a day in the Australian djungle!

Within 1 hours drive of Melbourne there is Gembrook in the East, Tallangy in the North and Naberthon in between the two. These are the areas we organise day trips. The movie clips are from Naberthon.
The tracks are similar to many trips we do during winter.

A little about my vehicle. It is a 1984 Rangie, however it has the following modifications. A 4.4ltr V8 from a Leyland P76 car, ZF4 Auto, 1 inch body lift, Heavy springs, Front and Rear ARB air locking diffs, Maxi drive heavy duty 24 spline axles in rear, Dual batteries, 32 inch tyres, Rear ARB bar, front alloy bar, and LPG fuel.
